Pre-treatment--Anodizing--Pore sealing

Process parameters

Nickel ion: 1.0--1.3g/L

PH value: 5.4--5.6

Temperature: 60--65℃

Time: about 8 minutes per 10μm oxide film thickness,

Sealing tank assay method:

Take 5ml of tank liquid into 250ml conical flask.

Add 50-100ml pure water

Add 10ml (PH=10) ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer.

Add a small amount of ammonium urea acid (powder) batch agent

Drop with 0.05N EDTA standard solution until the sulfonic acid turns purple-red as the end point.

Record the number of good milliliters (V) of the drop dropped (Note: about 1 g of potassium fluoride for medium temperature sealing of the hole)

Calculation formula:

Seal hole tank (nickel ion) = 11.74 x N x V
